This flat, expansive stretch is a classic desert haul that links together various high-speed fire roads and wide-open jeep trails. The path is dominated by long, rhythmic sand whoops and broad, sun-baked flats that allow for a steady, cruising pace. You’ll encounter some weathered washes where the scrub brush has started to lean into the trail, but for the most part, it’s a wide-open landscape that feels very consistent. It is a functional route designed for covering distance and soaking in the vast, open desert scenery without the need for constant gear changes.
