Trail Overview

This flat, expansive stretch is a classic desert haul that links together various high-speed fire roads and wide-open jeep trails. The path is dominated by long, rhythmic sand whoops and broad, sun-baked flats that allow for a steady, cruising pace. You'll encounter some weathered washes where the scrub brush has started to lean into the trail, but for the most part, it's a wide-open landscape that feels very consistent. It is a functional route designed for covering distance and soaking in the vast, open desert scenery without the need for constant gear changes.

Difficulty

The difficulty is minimal and very approachable. The primary challenge is the monotonous soft sand, which can get a bit deep in the low-lying areas. Keep your momentum up and the bike pointed straight to stay on top of the silt.
