Trail Overview
This is a very sandy trail that stays mostly flat, with a gentle climb near the end. The track is about a single vehicle wide, though there are occasional pull-offs for passing. The trail begins in a small valley surrounded by rock formations, with the White Mountains on one side and the Eastern Sierra on the other, creating a dramatic backdrop. Along the way, the road is lined with sharp brush, with sections that may brush your vehicle. The surface includes small humps and some off-camber stretches, and around Mile 1, larger rocks appear that require careful maneuvering.
