Trail Overview

Wow, what a stunning intermediate trail. It really does have a bit little bit of everything. The views keep coming with every turn and crest of a hill. There are Joshua trees scattered around in between the lumpy rocks. A densely forested section with a tremendous berm-to-berm rhythm rides through it. There are steep loose twisty hill climbs and descents. There are large boulders to negotiate over and steep drop-offs and climbs. Off-camber hill sections and berms will require careful tire placement. Once and a while, you will encounter small to moderate log crossings. Some sections are very tight, with slow technical turns, and some parts have beautiful rollers and higher-speed sections. There is every kind of terrain to challenge advanced intermediate riders. There are even super technical sections for the advanced riders too. So If you are looking for a challenging ride with a great variety of terrain, this is just the trail for you. It doesn't hurt that there are plenty of outstanding views to soak in when stopping for a water break or to catch your breath. There is one bar of LTE Verison service that fades and out.

We went straight into this trail right after 3221. 3221 was excellently marked but this one is not marked AT ALL. Several forks in the trail along the way so we stopped few times to pull out the map and see if we were still on the right path. 3221 is an excellent beginner trail if your new to trails however this one, I wouldn’t attempt if your new to trails. I would definitely say for intermediate riders at the very least. It was a great trail with several challenging spots but wouldn’t recommend it to beginners.
