Trail Overview
This wide, loose-dirt trail steadily gains elevation while traveling up and over the hillside through dense forest and bright green vegetation. The route was recently maintained, leaving minimal 2–3 inch ruts, although 12–14 inch whoops are present. Around 0.1 miles, there is a gate that must be opened and closed behind you. Around 0.4 miles, a campsite on the left accommodates up to two vehicles and includes a fire ring with scenic forest views. Fallen trees had been cleared at the time of mapping.
Difficulty
This trail is rated Level 2 because of the continuous elevation gain, loose dirt, and 12–14 inch whoops. Recent maintenance has left the remainder of the trail relatively smooth, with only minor 2–3 inch ruts.
