Trail Overview

This trail is mainly dirt with shallow creek crossings. After rainfall or snow, rocks and downed trees may be potential obstacles as are deep ruts. This trail can be very easy during dry seasons as it is maintained and evened every so often. During wet or snow seasons, or between maintenance, this trail can be challenging and flex suspension due to deep ruts, rock and downed tree obstacles, and slick road conditions. During dry seasons, the trail is possible with stock 2WD. In wet or snow conditions, or between maintenance, 4WD and higher clearance are recommended. This trail has beautiful scenery and plenty of shade throughout the trail. There is also a waterfall next to the first creek crossing where pools of water collect before it flows over the trail. There is also a wide turnout at this point to pull over and enjoy the water. Cell service is good throughout the trail and the trail is not far from the main road in case of emergency or breakdown.

This trail is super cool, very easy to do, and short, but has a nice forest vibe and a little cascading creek that’s cool to stop at. It’s rutted from the winter but nothing to worry about. High clearance should do.

Great easy trail. I would say it’s a solid 1.5 just because of the 1ft deep ruts with the water crossings. But honestly super easy and very beautiful. Some snow but mostly slush. One water crossings had like a 1ft drop off today. Probably the only moment that caught me by surprise. But other than that super nice. Any thing with high clearance should be fine.

Great conditions, minimal dust. Well maintained and predominantly clear — a couple of deeper ruts, but nothing to hold you up. Nice little water fall off the rocks when you cross the creek.

The rain made this trail harder than normal - though no problem for a 4WD vehicle. Would recommend skipping for low clearance or 2WD vehicles in current conditions

If you have a 2WD this is definitely one that will test you. Probably give it about a 6/10 for 2WD. For 4WD its a piece of cake

Overall fun trail, but more technical than a 2 rating suggests. Went after recent rainfall. A lot of the trail has very deep cross ruts. Would not recommend anything less than 10” of ground clearance. Definitely not traversable in 2wd right now.
