This is a short and easy ATV trail with minimal features, making it an easy connector trail through the Miami OHV Area. It starts out on FS 6S015 at a small parking area/pull-off. It is wide and smooth, with small dips, waterbars, and bumps and ruts, and loose stick debris here and there, but no major obstacles and not many rocks. It has some gradual curves and gradually descends down from south to north, meandering through the tall cedars and pines. There is a short bailout in the middle of the trail up to ATV trail 21E236. After about half a mile, it turns into a road designation on FS 6S024.
