Trail Overview

This trail begins north of the last bend on Lower Stone Ridge Road, follows the hydro line, and turns left onto a logging road. The route is fairly well maintained and passes through young alder growth following recent logging activity. It includes a few climbs with washouts due to lack of active use and leads toward Dorn Ridge.

In the summertime, this is a wide, maintained logging road drivable by most vehicles. This road does not receive winter maintenance, so snow and ice can increase the difficulty.
