Trail Overview

You will start off the route 910 and turn into a somewhat well-kept dirt road. Things quickly turn to the wild side! You will encounter a hill that is consistently between 15-18 degrees, with loose rock, rock faces, and large tree roots with a big undercut. Some of these obstacles are a struggle for open differentials, and even with lockers, it's not unheard of to need a winch on the largest tree root about halfway up the trail. There are also some rock faces; however, these don't normally present much of an issue unless it is wet out. If wet out, the rock faces and tree roots are sure to cause issues for those with smaller tires and without lockers. This trail is somewhat narrow and maybe a issue countering incoming trail traffic. Keep an eye out to your right, as there is a very nice lookout around the halfway mark of the trail, not long after the large tree root. The lookout is tight to drive in for longer vehicles, and even still difficult for shorter Jeeps and Broncos. From Dec 15th to April 15th, only snowmobiles are allowed on this trail. No exceptions!

Difficulty

Large undercut tree roots that will put an open diff vehicle to the test. Winching is very common on this trail for open diff vehicles. Also, some decent-sized rock faces that become very slick in the rain. The steepness of the hill really adds to the difficulty of the obstacles!

Trail is the same as usual, cleared some downed trees. Some more trees could fall as there's lots of dead ones.
