Ashland 116 is a very long trail. It is relatively straight as it goes east out of the property to the property line. Most of this trail is very smooth and flat but there are some puddles and tree roots that will keep you humbled as you drive the trail. There are also some washouts along the way.

Ashland 117 is an odd loop trail that goes down to the property line. Starting at Trail 116 it works down and splits into two different trails and then reconnects before the end. When you are at the property line it does seem to continue to another trail. Do not trespass.

Ashland 130 is a dead-end trail at the railroad tracks. As with any trail down in this area stay off of the tracks or even the shoulders or you will get arrested for tresspassing. The trail has puddles and some trees to work around to get to the dead end.

Trail 173 is just a small loop that was an old camping spot back in the day. It branches off of 41 and returns right back to the trail. This is a very short easy trail.

This is a short Y trail that connects between trails 116 and 115. The trail is a gradual hill with lots of smaller loose rocks that can kick up or move around while driving this trail. The sides have plenty of brush but it is an easier trail.

Ashland 121 is a short connector trail between Trail 41 and Trail 115. It is a rocky slight hill trail with plenty of branches as the bushes are a little tight. When you are in this area there are a few trails to take but this is the only one that leads up to trail 41.

Darkwater 104 is a small loop trail in the timbered area. Expect just what you would think with this trail being from timbering. It has some rocks and stumps mixed in with some brush and sticks. Everything can be avoided if you are careful.

This trail is definitely out there. There is a challenging trail to get there and then this trail is a rocky loop trail at the far end of the property. Expect plenty of rocks while going through a heavily wooded section. It is a technical trail with lots of rocks.

Trail 105 is a connector between 5 and 94. It is also the only way to get to Darkwater 106. This was an old road that led to a hunting lease but now connects multiple trails in the area. Expect a few exposed rocks and a few stumps.

Darkwater 96 is a connector from 5 to 15 trails. It works up through the brushy open woods area to meet up with 105. There are stumps, rocks, sticks, and brush on this trail. It is stock-friendly and the obstacles are spaced apart enough to fit in between.

This is a short dead-end trail at the railroad tracks. Do not enter or exit here as the railroad is off-limits and you can get arrested for being near the tracks. The trail is a little rocky with some forest debris scattered along the trail.

Darkwater 106 is part of the old hunting lease area and it used to be gated off. Don't expect much with this trail though as it just goes back and dead ends. It is an easier trail that just goes to a small clearing.

Darkwater 94 is a trail that was recently put in. It is a skidder trail that trees were cut on. It is a mostly flat trail with just a few slight changes of elevation. Expect rocks and stumps that can be navigated around to make it an easier trail.

Darkwater 103 is a fresh timbering trail. This means there are fresh-cut stumps and rocks sticking out from logging. The trail is a decent width so there is plenty of room between the obstacles to make it stock-friendly but line choice is important. Be careful the stumps hide well.

This trail is a rocky hill making its way up the mountain. The rocks are big enough that full-size vehicles need at least 35" tires to tackle this trail. Some of the rock obstacles are part of the grown but a lot of them are loose and will shift.

Darkwater 95 is a very tight trail for a SXS or full-sized vehicle. There are ways through it, but the brush and trees make it tough to fit through. The ground surface is smooth with just a small hill. The width is the biggest challenge.
