Ashland 116 is a very long trail. It is relatively straight as it goes east out of the property to the property line. Most of this trail is very smooth and flat but there are some puddles and tree roots that will keep you humbled as you drive the trail. There are also some washouts along the way.

Darkwater 104 is a small loop trail in the timbered area. Expect just what you would think with this trail being from timbering. It has some rocks and stumps mixed in with some brush and sticks. Everything can be avoided if you are careful.

Darkwater 90
Darkwater 90 is a timbering leftover. The trail is skidder paths mixed in with some of the older trails working their way around Trail 89. This trail has rocks and water holes scattered about. They can be avoided with a little driving and proper choice of path.

Darkwater 99 is a decent-length trail that weaves through the new timbering area on this part of the property. With a new trail like this expect ruts with water and a little mud. There will be stumps and small rocks to watch for as you drive this trail. One side of the trail is a dead end.

Darkwater 103
Darkwater 103 is a fresh timbering trail. This means there are fresh-cut stumps and rocks sticking out from logging. The trail is a decent width so there is plenty of room between the obstacles to make it stock-friendly but line choice is important. Be careful the stumps hide well.

Darkwater 91
This trail is a bypass trail between Trail 99 and Trail 4. This area used to be part of the old hunting lease and was a dead end before. Now this is an access area to these new trails and this is one of the new ways. It is a stock-friendly trail.

Darkwater 94
Darkwater 94 is a trail that was recently put in. It is a skidder trail that trees were cut on. It is a mostly flat trail with just a few slight changes of elevation. Expect rocks and stumps that can be navigated around to make it an easier trail.

Darkwater 105
Trail 105 is a connector between 5 and 94. It is also the only way to get to Darkwater 106. This was an old road that led to a hunting lease but now connects multiple trails in the area. Expect a few exposed rocks and a few stumps.

Darkwater 96
Darkwater 96 is a connector from 5 to 15 trails. It works up through the brushy open woods area to meet up with 105. There are stumps, rocks, sticks, and brush on this trail. It is stock-friendly and the obstacles are spaced apart enough to fit in between.

Darkwater 106
Darkwater 106 is part of the old hunting lease area and it used to be gated off. Don't expect much with this trail though as it just goes back and dead ends. It is an easier trail that just goes to a small clearing.

Darkwater 92 works across the top of the mountain connecting a few small trails together. It is a newer trail so expect a new trail type of terrain. Fresh dirt and mud on the trail mixed in with exposed rocks. There is a hill with a large exposed rock just barely sticking out of the ground.

Darkwater 39
Darkwater 39 is an old road that may have been some part of some mining operation back in the day. It is/was part of the hunting club lease access but it is also a trail leading to trail 89 which is the continuation of this road. Please stay on the property and do not trespass.

Darkwater 102 is an access trail to get from Darkwater 4 to Darkwater 99. It is a short connection with a small hill and lots of small stumps to avoid. There is plenty of room to weave between the rocks and stumps to make it still stock-friendly.

Darkwater 93 has some nice challenges along the trail. It is the harder side of a stock trail but is still passable for stock vehicles. There is a muddy rock section that can be a little bit of a challenge but there is a line through that can keep your vehicle safe.
