Description
Big Ditch Trail generally runs east/west in Yreka's Greenhorn Park. The eastern end of the trail intersects Humbug Trail, while the western end of the trail is met by Flume Trail, Miners Trail, and AARP Trail. From east to west, Big Ditch Trail is also intersected by Goat, Oak, Sidewinder, and Pine Trails. Big Ditch Trail is mostly doubletrack with some spots where it narrows down to singletrack. The trail surface is hardpack with a few rocks and roots. The trail can experience mud when it rains and is pretty exposed, resulting in slick ice/snow if its cold enough.
