Description
This trail is not very well known so isn't traveled often. It could use a little maintenance to clear loose rocks from the trail. Otherwise, the descent and the views on this trail are incredible. Go hike it! Access: This trail can be accessed directly from the trailhead on Pine Creek Pass (Hwy 31) or via the Big Hole Crest trail from either the Spooky trailheads. Options: This trail is best done downhill from the Big Hole Crest to Hwy 31. Going uphill on this trail is a bit more difficult due to steep, loose and rocky terrain. This trail can be used as part of a loop including Spooky/Corral Creek/Big Hole Crest/Rocky Peak; as part of a loop including Grove Creek/Big Hole Crest/Rocky Peak; at the end of any hike including the Big Hole Crest.
