Description
From a gate on Hwy 1, the trail leads through the middle of Salt Creek State Park. The trail is at times wide and at times narrow. Near the top, you'll hike through a Pygmy Forest on a fun, partially overgrown, singletrack section. The Pygmy Forest is marked by a sign that says such. The trees are stunted by poor soil. The trail tees into Central Trail at the top.
