This is an easier alternative to the Milagra Battery Road. From the Sharp Park entrance, it is almost all flat from the get-go. There is a wonderful loop on the ridge that opens up to beautiful hilltop meadows. Easy singletrack and doubletrack will take you around the peak. You are very exposed to all the elements up there but it is well worth it.
