Point to Point
Start at the parking area and follow the mountains to the sea trailhead by the picnic table. If you go early in July you'll see beautiful rhododendrons in bloom. You walk along the ridgeline of the eastern continental divide. Not many views until you get to the vista.
At 0.5 miles, you'll see the classic double white dots on a tree. Take the left trail to the vista point. After enjoying the view, I continued on the Mountains-to-Sea Trail: Segment 5 until just before the it crosses the parkway. That's a 2 mile total.
