This 180-mile section begins at the Idaho-Montana border and overlaps with Pacific Northwest Trail (PNT) the entire route to terminate at Goat Haunt. The second half this section from Polebridge east is within Glacier National Park. It is very remote and challenging to access during times of inclement weather.
