Description
One of the most popular pathways in Grand Valley, the Fraser River Trail provides easy access to and from the amazing trails in Fraser and Winter Park. A multi-use, wide paved path, this trail is a great option for an easy hike or a family outing. The trail passes through dense woods along the Fraser River across from Winter Park resort, where you may spot a moose if you are lucky; to a scenic jaunt along the downtown strip of the town of Winter Park, past the bandshell, skate park, and playground; to the wide open valley toward Fraser where you can enjoy views of Byers in the distance and the ski resort behind you.
