Description
Starting from the Basin Creek Trail, the blue-blazed trail rolls down toward the Haw River where it follows the river upstream. Along the way, you'll pass the canoe rack, canoe launch, and finally the campsites where the trail turns away from the river. From here, the trail heads gently uphill to pass Shallow Ford Loop Trail. When the trail reaches the creek, it turns right and returns to where you started.
