Yurok Loop Trail

Access this hike at the marked trailhead on the north side of Lagoon Creek picnic area and parking lot off Hwy 101. Head west toward the cove from the parking area and then turn left (southwest) onto the Coastal Trail: Lagoon Creek to Parking Lot section. Shortly after, look for another left turn onto the trail section just next to Lagoon Pond. The loop can be hikeed in either direction but some may prefer walking north along the coast as you can look toward the False Klamath and Wilson Rocks.

The loop is named after the Yurok Indians who lived in this area for thousands of years.
