Description
We parked our car at the trailhead for Caps Ridge Trail and walked to Jefferson Summit, coming down Gulfside and down Jewell Trail and on to Boundary Line. This trail was a nice shortcut back over to Jefferson Notch Road. It has one river crossing, which isn't much trouble if the river isn't running too high. It might be difficult in April/May.
