Point to Point
From parking lot follow the red blazed trail. This is a rugged trail but well maintained. Be prepared for a lot of scrambling. After hiking 3.9 miles, you reach the summit of Wittenberg with great views on the summit. The summit of Cornell Mountain is at reached after 4.8 miles. At 7.05 miles you hit the Slide Mt. You'll have great views just before and after summit . To complete entire trail you'll continue down another 1.9 miles to Phoenicia-East Branch Trail, but many hikers use the summit of Slide Mountain as a turnaround point.
