Description
From the parking lot, head along the narrow protected pathway between the road and the river and wind around toward the bridge. Enjoy the view of the river carving through bare basalt from the bridge. Continue along the wide flat trail where you soon pass the Bells Mountain Trail. Shortly after this, get a good view of Moulton Falls. For the next mile, you are pinned between the steep, mossy hillside and the river. Eventually, the trail peels away from the river and heads directly into the thick forest, where it continues until it finishes in another parking lot.
