Description
Start by parking along the east side of Alice Road. The road is usually plowed, making the start of the hike easy to spot. Following the road is fairly straightforward when snowy as it's bordered by pine trees on the right and a gulch on the left. Pass through several road gates and continue ascending toward Loch Lomond. After reaching the end of the trail, you can gain great views of Loch Lomond by continuing higher to any of its neighboring lakes.
