Main Loop Trail

The Main Loop (Colonel Francis Beatty Loop) winds around the park passing by the fields, and along the lake. During your outing, the trail crosses a creek and meanders through the forest. In some places, there are other trails connected to the main trail, which are favored by mountain bikers. A great starting point for any outing is located near Lake Pointe Hall beside the picnic area - pack a lunch or dinner, take a hike, and then come back and enjoy the sun setting over the lake from a cozy picnic spot.
