Broken Toe 25k & 50k

Runners will start at Hatton-Lukens Park and run approximately 1 mile down the paved road to the trailhead (not shown on map). At the trailhead, descend to the bottom of the hill and turn right. Continue to bear right along the Harveysburg Loop. Approximately 2.25 miles in, runners will descend toward river and cross the river to the Ward Loop (you'll get your feet wet!). Continue to bear to the right along the Ward Loop till you reach the road. The first water stop will be here (~3 miles). Take a left and follow road ~1/4 mile to the trail intersection on the right. At ~4 miles, continue to bear right to the Turkey Run Section (~4.25 miles). At ~5.25 miles, again, bear right and head to the out/back/lollipop Campground loop, bearing right at all intersections. The first manned aid station will be at mile 7.3 at the campground. From there you head out down a ~3/4 mile of paved section till you duck back into the trails. Continue to bear right at intersections and you'll end up back on the Ward Loop. (you do NOT run Turkey Run section on the way back). The second water station will be at ~mile 10.5 at the end of Ward Road. Reaching the creek, cross and head up the hill, bearing right to the Harveysburg Loop. Follow that along till you descend to the initial section of trail. Turn right again and return from there to the Aid Station at the top of the hill where we initially started the race.
