The trail also has additional access points on Wilcox Street, Lewis Street, South. Gilbert Street and Plum Creek ParkwayNear downtown, the trail goes under two underpasses featuring artistic murals that are part of the Art Around the Rock program, which is a program started by the Castle Rock Police Department in 2014. Trail users can also enjoy the tribute area dedicated to former Town Mayor Ray Waterman This tribute is located near the Cantril Street access point and features a grove of donated trees and a memorial bench. There is a Cornerstone Tribute plaque highlighting the Mayor's contributions to the Town of Castle Rock. The trail is pretty level so it can be enjoyed by users of almost all abilities.
