Description
This trail travels to the highest point in Connecticut via an ascent of Mount Frissell. The high point in Connecticut is not actually the peak of Mount Frissell, which is in Massachusetts, but further down the trail from the peak over the state line. A guest book can be found at the peak and the Connecticut High Point. While you can reach both locations from the Appalachian Trail, this trail also provides parking at the end of East Street.
