Description
A short climb up the powerline brings you to a Y intersection. Stay left and start climbing singletrack to another Y intersection marked with log trail blazes. You'll reach a third Y intersection and this route stays left following white trail blazes. You'll reach a T intersection at the bottom of this short downhill where you make a left. The trail is quite rocky and has several log-overs in this area. As you start to descend again, look for more log trail blazes to indicate a right-hand turn. Follow this new section of trail as it gradually goes up and down along the edge of the ridge. Eventually, it starts to switchback to climb back up to the highest point. The climb gets challenging, but momentum is your friend. Once you reach the top, you are rewarded with a fun downhill before one brief climb brings you back out to the powerline across from Uplands Trail (Blue).
