Description
This trail is a gentler trail without the steep ascents and descents of the U-Bar Trail #28. From the southern trailhead, the trail descends a gentle wash through thick stands of pine trees. Along the way, keep your eyes peeled for the various cabins and groundwater springs on the trail. We stopped at Aspen Spring and cabin site. While the spring can flow very slowly, it's still enough to fill up your water. At its northern end, the trail finishes into a T-junction with the U-Bar Trail #28.
