Beaver Trail

This trail is accessed from the Barred Owl Trail at the sharp turn. Follow the trail out to the Y; if you take it to the left, you'll head toward the creek crossing first. Following to the right takes you to a sharp left turn, which then takes you along the edge of the woods toward the creek crossing. The creek here is the widest of the crossings at Long Branch Farm. There are no good stepping stones, so your shoes will get wet. On the other side, take the incline to the back loop, which follows the perimeter of a field. After you finish the loop, you'll follow the original trail back to the Barred Owl Trail.
