Point to Point
The Mosaic Canyon is a popular 2-mile hike that is suitable for all ages. During the first half mile of your trip you will pass through the narrowest section of the marbleized canyon. There are a couple of spots where some scrambling on the slick limestone is necessary, but once you pass those sections the canyon opens up into a vast open gravel wash where you're free to roam and explore. This is the point where most of the foot traffic turns around, but there is still a lot to explore beyond this point. You can take the leisurely route and walk through the wide open wash, or you can climb up and walk the skinny ridge for a more suspenseful adventure. As you progress up the canyon you will see side trails that lead into other canyons. There is also a dry waterfall at the end of the canyon section.
