The Alcove House is a different kind of adventure that requires climbing up ladders and stairs to gain 140 ft. You will first need to hike on the Natural Trail until you come to the end where the sign for Alcove House is located. Continue down another 1/2 mile to the stairs. Climb the stairs and you will see the Alcove House which is still in excellent condition.
