Description
The Blair Creek Section of the Ozark Trail crosses the privately-owned Pioneer Forest was limited to hiking only. However, the Blair Creek Equestrian Trail was added to also provide for equestrian access. Trailhead parking is located on Mark Twain National Forest to the north of the backcountry, or alternatively another trailhead is available south of the backcountry on Rocky Creek Conservation Area. The Blair Creek Equestrian Trail generally runs parallel to the Blair Creek Section of the Ozark Trail and is marked with red blazes.
