Double Falls Loop

Trail starts at at Jones Run Trail parking lot off the Skyline Drive. You take the Jones Run Trail down into the valley to enjoy the views of the Jones Run falls. After the Jones Run Falls you continue until the trail meets the Doyles River Trail. At this point the trail becomes all up hill adventure. Along the way you'll reach the lower & upper Doyles Falls. The lower falls would be a great location to take an extended break to give your legs a chance to recharge for the rest of the uphill climb out of the valley. After the falls you'll continue to travel up the valley until you reach the crossing of the Browns Gap Road. The road takes a much less aggressive route out of the valley and near the top you'll reach the AT. Take a left on the AT and travel on it until you reach the starting point just under the parking lot.
