Description
Starting from Noodle Trail, Vista Trail is a steady climb with some steeper climbing corners. Low lying foliage all the way up, with Juniper trees mixed in, leaves you in the sun a good bit. While this trail can be done in either direction, if you climb (as shown), be aware that the trail weaves back and forth so it might be difficult to see hikers or bikers coming downhill. There are a couple trails that intersect Vista Trail. Juniper Gate and BLM Trail off to the south will take you deeper into the Emmanuel Pines area. The trail ends at Javelina Trail #332 where you can either go left towards Thumb Butte or right towards Granite Mountain.
