Description
This trail is primarily used to access some of the primitive campsites (registration/payment at the park office required) in the area and to add some distance onto a hike. From the parking lot, take the Cox Mountain Trail across the lovely suspension bridge. Cut right at the first intersection and you'll soon be at the trail. At this point, follow the purple-blazed Fanny's Ford Trail as it meanders along the river on a pleasant tread, keeping an eye out for campsites if you're looking to overnight.
