Point to Point
The trail to the backpacker's campground wanders through the woods and across multiple creeks for several miles before depositing you near the river at the campground. The end of the trail has nice sites, water, a privy, and firewood ($5 honor system). It's hardly ever full even on busy weekends, and the raccoons aren't nearly as active as they are at the main campground.
