Lost Mine Trail is a fairly flat trail that connects all trail segments and loops on the western edge of this trail system. The terrain is mostly hard-packed and fun to hike as it dips in and out of a few washes. There are quite a few cholla and cacti along this segment, so use caution on your way, especially when passing others.
