Park toll is $10; $5 for New Jersey residents, but the toll is normally only in operation peak hours on weekends. Park maps can be acquired at the front office near the park entrance. The toll buys access to the swimming area with amenities and lifeguard and outdoor picnic area.

Description
This trail starts in the parking lot of the High Point Monument at High Point State Park. Your hike follows a mountain ridge north for one mile, with scenic views of rural farm land. The trail then bends around the mountain, with bird's eye views of downtown Port Jervis and Matadors. Finally, the trail ends, and and the circuit follows the main road from the lower park parking area back to the upper Monument parking area. The trail is denoted by green and red blazes.
