Description
One of the many small wonders found in Ouray, Box Canon Falls is a treat for everyone. Start from the parking area and head out on the easy gravel trail. From here, the trail is metal scaffolding. Follow this structure deeper and deeper into the canyon, passing the multitudes of other folks hoping to glimpse this amazing scene. Once in the canyon proper, the world (this small box canyon) is your oyster. Either follow the structure a little further over to see the fall's rushing down, or head down the steps to get up close and personal with the frigid water. Either way, you're in for a treat.
