Independence Peak Trail

This trail climbs through thick evergreen forests with the occasional break for small grassy areas. Flowers of all shapes and colors bloom along the trail in season. You'll also pass a small spring where wild roses grow and an aspen grove lit up like candles when hit by the early morning sun. The summit will provide panoramic views of Bear Mountain on the left, the City of Evergreen, and of course the Rocky Mountains.
