There and Back
Park at Mollie's Nipple Trailhead. Follow the obvious trail up steep switchbacks towards the top of Mollie's Nipple, a cone-shaped butte. The trail is very steep with a few sections that involve some easy scrambling. The trail splits in a few sections, but the routes link back together. After you reach a false summit, continue following the flat singletrack until you work your way to the hardened basalt rock to the top of Mollie's Nipple. Once on the summit, take your time to revel in the well-earned views, then reverse your steps down the way you came.
Mollie's Nipple is the name given to several different peaks and other geological features in Utah, according to sources cited on Wikipedia. At least some of those names are attributed to John Kitchen, an early Utah explorer, whose wife was named Molly.
