Point to Point
From the Sulfur Springs Trail, make a sharp left turn and cross the creek. The trail is a dirt road that can be pretty rough after cattle have walked over it and the mud has dried. It soon becomes very exposed going up the ridge. At 0.75 miles, the trail turns sharply right and gets joined by Grizzly Trail from the left. The ascent is now steeper until you reach Highland Ridge Trail with good views to the north and south.
