Friendship Ridge Trail

Descending high from a ridgeline to Fern Canyon below, this trail through old-growth redwood forests offers visitors a peek into over a thousand years of earth's history, not to mention the occasional, yet dramatic view of the ocean as seen through windows in the tree canopy. While on this trail, expect to navigate numerous switchbacks and some moderate-to-steep grades.
