Bridal Falls is really nice little waterfall and It is about 40 feet in height. It is about ten minutes outside the northeast entrance to Yellowstone. If visited too early in spring, the road may be too muddy and you will have to hike in from town. There is only room for about two cars to park at the parking area. There is no signage for this hike. To get to the parking area head south on Monument Avenue in Silver Gate. The road will end and take a left on Bannock street. It is a dirt road. It's just about a mile on this road and you will reach a bridge over Wyoming Creek. Park just before the bridge. From there, hike west from the car along the lovely little creek. The trail takes you through a great forest environment and will probably require minor log jumping. The path can be faint but just be sure to stay near the creek and you will pretty quickly hear the falls.Bridal Falls is a unique waterfall. The creek falls off a ledge and hits a shelf where it makes a 90 degree turn and plunges to a nice pool you can wade in.From the falls there are good views of the surrounding Absaroka Mountain Range.Return back the way you came.
