Description
This mostly flat trail circles Horseshoe Lake. From the parking lot, stay on the wide dirt road along the western shore of the lake. Leave the the dirt road after 200 yards and follow the singletrack path which stays left. The trail crosses a seasonal creek at 0.5 miles and bends east. You are never far from the lake's shoreline, but the trees provide ample shade. At about 0.8 miles, the trail leaves the lakeshore and heads east and then north. Cross another dirt road at 1.1 miles. The trail ends when you reach the paved Lakes Basin Path.
