It's called the Hellhole Canyon Preserve and Paradise Mountain is on it, but the names should be switched. The canyon is beautiful and lush. The mountain is on the edge of being desert brush. But the view from the top and hiking across the spine is quite breathtaking and well worth the climb. If you're lucky, you'll get a breeze about halfway up and on top of the mountain. Most of the trail is very well-defined. There was a spot or two where I questioned which direction to go, but it became clear after a second or two. I've only been in the hotter months, which probably isn't the best idea. I went through 4 liters of water this time (early June). If you want a challenge, I recommend this trail, but be prepared.
