Loxahatchee National Wildlife Refuge

Starting from the parking area, follow the L-39 Levee Trail out along the marshy landscape until you find yourself a good turn around point. From there, simply about face and return the way you came to your vehicle.

This park has gone through a series of minor tweaks over the years, changing both its name as well as the land parcels under which the preserve protects.
