KC1

Trail Overview

KC1 is a main route into the Kelly's Creek Sector of AOT off of Kelly's Creek Road. From the pavement, the road passes a few residences before crossing into AOT property and becoming a trail. From there, it is a beautiful ride along the creek and up through the hollow. There is one creek crossing and a short, steep section of trail with some loose rocks and small ledges that is also a narrow shelf road. As you approach the creek crossing, there is a downed tree which may appear at first to be on the trail or a possible low bridge, but the trail dips way under the tree. This hill and creek crossing are the main obstacles you will encounter. There is an intersection at the top of the trail, with all but one route being a dead-end.
